Problem: Seamless payment experience
Business goal: Improve merchants' revenue by integrating Adyen's SDK. Create a seamless payments experience from cart to checkout.
Hypothesis: How do we create a seamless payment experience for customers when they purchase a product? When we think of Uber, they make payments invisible because the capture of the funds happens after an Uber customer has completed their ride. But what about in an eCommerce setting? In order to design this, we must dive into the payments side and eliminate unnecessary steps to complete a purchase.
Conclusion: By reviewing the current standards in making an online purchase, we can further simplify the process by removing unnecessary steps. With the payment processor having full liability on saved payment info, we can enable quicker checkouts for customers by enabling a simple one-click feature.
